The next venture

Tonight was the AGM of our local community land trust, and we had a great turn-out to hear the official business. After that, there was the launch of a new venture to offer community investment shares in the installation and operation of two wind turbines that will be managed by the land trust and used (apart from the dividend to investors) to raise money for community innovation and investment. This is a truly wonderful period for rural community development and empowerment.
