Yeah, Nah

This guy was performing with his friend in town this morning. The other guy had his guitar hooked up to an amp, and it sounded quite good. This chap was more photogenic because of his tiger shirt and aviator-style sunglasses. More photos here.

The t-shirts in the window say 'Yeah Nah', which is a common saying here - it's when someone says no, they say 'yeah' first, and then 'nah'. I know, it's crazy, but us kiwis are a crazy lot.

We had hail and sleet yesterday, and it froze overnight. The cats had fun walking on the crunchy lawn this morning!
