My new view.

The meadow across the way has been replaced by a building site. They have dug away the hillside by what looks like 8 or 9 metres from here to create level building site for some well needed shops. Not very glamorous, but the growth in this area has, by far, outstripped services. The white building is a blimp of a modern church ( that isn't big on its outreach as far as I have been aware), but there's no shops, no school or cafes to act as a community hub.
Some people are grumpy that it is being built, but I am lining up my kids for Saturday jobs!
