Cake off

There's only one week left of the Great British Bake Off and so only one more night of our Wednesday evening cake tradition. This week's was a classic victoria sponge as you can see here.
I'll be amazed if Richard doesn't win the bake off having been star baker for so many weeks but we'll wait and see.
