Purple Prettiness

I'm still not feeling 100%. Heck I'd be lucky to say I at least feel 50% better.. not so much. But, I had to go to the pet store and get some food for Mr. Puss so he'd stop his insatiable rubbing of my leg, with that look of "why oh why is my bowl empty?" So, I threw on what ever was handy and walked to the pet store and saw these :)

I wouldn't even think to guess at what kind of flowers these are, but they are a really pretty purple (eventhough it doesn't quite look like it in the photo) and they are in bloom all over the place here. They almost look like a water lilly, the kind you find floating around in a pond.. ? haha, yeah you can so tell I don't know anything about 'horticulture'.
