Lire en Poche

Today and tomorrow we are at the book festival called Lire en Poche, at a place called Gradignan, just outside of Bordeaux. We were up at 6am for the three-hour drive to get there. Tomorrow I will be interviewed for an hour in the theatre in front of an audience, before resuming my place at the signing table to "dedicace" books. I was signing for four hours today, and it will be the same again tomorrow. Then another three-hour drive will get us home for around 8pm.

Tonight we passed on the gala dinner and wine-tasting at the Quais in Bordeaux. Been way too much of that in the last month. A quiet and early night is the order of the day.
