Pirbright Village Pond

Disappointing morning with lots of rainfall. So we decided against visiting the Surrey Hills Wood Fayre. Popped to Waitrose to get ingredients for a German themed brunch instead. We are getting into the feel of all things German in preparation for next year’s jaunt.
The weather brightened up later so we went out for a walk to the village. It’s so very quaint, right down to the duck pond. Decided to lengthen the walk by following some ancient footpaths…. An hour and a half later we found our route home again. Good practice for tomorrows local boundary walk
