Not a good shot of this house. But all I took in a very busy day.

This house was designed by local architect Peter Buckwell in the 90's and was very forward thinking for it's time. Located right next to Pulpit Rock and therefore the last house in the street, the curved construction and use of colourbond exteriorally ensure that it would fare well in bushfire conditions.

The owners have both died, but over the last few decades they spent a huge amount of time in the garden planting and creating stone pathways around the 1 1/2 acres. When I saw it a few months ago it was looking very neglected, but we've worked hard with the owners and various tradespeople to bring it back to life.

I love that we have been respectful to their memory to present the house in a way that they would be pleased about, rather than just flogging it as was suggested otherwise.

And this way, yes it has been a lot of work, but the family will do much better from it as well.

It will go well, I know.
