Home Cooking

I made squash and cheese ravioli and tortellini for lunch. Ravioli, I've made before. Fold them in half, seal with water, and press with a fork. Tortellini has always seemed more complicated. I looked it up and decided to give it a try. The picture shows the steps:
1. Fill a square of dough (but I'm cheating by using wonton wrappers that are sold in the local grocery store.)
2. Fold in half to make a triangle and seal with a bit of water along the edges.
3. Fold the top tip of the triangle down.
4. Wrap the tortellini around your pinky finger and seal the two tails together.
5. Boil the tortellini for a few minutes and enjoy!
