Catching up on reading through my library books pile this weekend.

This is a very readable follow up to 'Shining' and it's less than 1000 pages, so the pace is pleasantly brisk.

And on the theme of sleep, here's an interesting article that explains, that we might all be doing it wrong. Apparently our ancestors used to have two sleep periods during the night, roughly four hours each, with a four hour waking period in between. So you might not have insomnia but a biological clock that did not catch up with modern day demands.
