Flask

I had a discussion the other day with my lovely chum Floss about tea in a flask and how/when it can taste delicious.

Right here...

I took the boys on their first real bike ride today - real miles (about 15 in total), real roads and real hills. They were rewarded with real hot chocolate, real marshmallows and a very real sense of achievement.
