Juvenile Dunlin

We were orienteering at Tentsmuir today, and went for a walk after our run, The forest is on the south side of the Tay Estuary and has a lot of bird life. I saw this wader and was able to get quite close and take a few pictures. Looking at the bird books I eventually reckoned that this was a juvenile Dunlin. They are apparently happy to let you get quite close before flying off.
