Sitting pretty

I took this shot yesterday. This Pigeon has a nest in my Lemon Scented Tea Tree, I tried to get a shot of her in the nest but she took flight, and went and sat on the aerial. Life then conspired against me, possibly because it was so hot, the computer played up on me and by the time it had settled down time had run away with me and it was time to cook dinner. I intended to come back later while hubby was watching the Rugby League Grand Final. However, I started to watch the match, and what a match it was. Does this explain why I have posted this shot today.
