Collapsed

Well on the bright side, it's not me who's collapsed this time, only my apple cake. It kind of fell out of the tin and missed the cooling rack. I'm sure the daughters won't care - I promised to make one for each of them, and they know you can't judge a book by its cover, as Alan Alda sang in "Free to be you and me", a record we played to them in their formative years. We have lots of apples this year, so I'll be having another go.
