Street name

Went on a bit of a spa day today, but headed to Deal first thing to have a look at the new Farmers Market (yes, I did buy food - venison, duck, soup and cake!!). This street name has always intrigued me, but with Deal being quite a smuggling hub back in the day, it probably dates back to then!
