Absent

It's been a few days! I've been poorly and battling with a bit of a cold the last few days. Tonight I needed cake. Chocolate cake.

My mum is a wonderful baker and although I've recently developed some food intolerances, she won't leave me out. This is her first attempt at a gluten free, dairy free chocolate cake. And goodness it was delicious.
