Town Hall Square

My employer did provide us a September trip to Tallinn. This was the first night in Tallinn. I walked with my colleague to Tallinn old town hall square.

I took this shot with my Manfrotto 709B table top tripod. It is small and I did carry it in pocket. I tired to try took long shutter speed photos without a stand when I was in vacation or trips.
