The Cardiff Half Marathon

My sixth consecutive event.

I love half marathon day! The support from the people of Cardiff is immense.

I took this just before the start, whilst waiting for my watch to get GPS signal.

I ran my fastest ever time, 1:36.45 :D Over three minutes quicker than last year, and my fifth consecutive PB.

Dublin Marathon is coming up very soon now :o
