Lovely day

Up early and off to London with two friends to the Knitting and Stitching Exhibition at Alexander Palace. We had originally decided to drive there from Berkshire but changed our mind at the last minute and took our usual route (drive to Osterley underground station, tube on Piccadilly line to Wood Green, then the free shuttle bus to the show). Such an impressive building and a stunning view but wet and windy today so not able to grab a photo opportunity (too busy shopping also!).

Managed to buy some fabric (was very restrained), patterns and other goodies. Now need the time to make them!

At least home in time to see the final of GBBO ........... I won't give it away (more than my lives worth). :)

I see another blipper went to the show, 56daisies, and added to the exhibition :)
