Chickadee landing

Today is turning out to be a typical cool fall day, a bit of sun a bit of rain and highs near 12c. I decided to take my short walk right after work. As it was could and looked like more showers would start at any time . The days are also getting shorter and nightfall now comes much sooner and in a couple of weeks the clocks will fall back.

I got to the first bridge in the park and had three chickadees looking for peanuts, all three got rewarded with a few turns with the peanuts. As the days get colder the chickadees will become more bold when it comes to getting food .
