Church reflections

Sunshine and showers today. This is St. John The Baptist Church at Whittington reflected in the castle moat just as the sun shone after a heavy shower. There is a platform for nesting birds silhouetted, a coot is perched there as it's a safe place to sit.

I went bowling today (possibly the last of the year). I tried out and bought some second hand bowls from someone at one of the clubs in town so I'll be able to practice before next season. We're not in a league, we just meet for friendly games in the park.
