Blowfly Hut

There were definitely no flies on this hut. It's is a beautiful little iconic back country hut originally built in 1905 as part of the cattle track between Haast and Paringa.

We left it today and returned home to civilisation. That wasn't before we stopped at several places to fish. The only fish we ended up with however was whitebait from the Curly Tree store. Not a bad compromise.
