Day 1 year 1

Phew, this week is full of milestones...
After celebrating his 6th birthday yesterday, he started his first day of year 1 at school today.
New teacher, increased learning, less play... Same class & friends thankfully so there's something that is a constant.
I think the lack of outdoor space will be a bit if an issue to him- he even mentioned it to me this afternoon after his first day.
They aren't the babies of the school anymore, he'll be starting year 6 before I know it...
