Shindaiji Temple

Went to visit a temple near Tokyo which was built in 733. Surprising to see such a historical place in the middle of a bunch of houses.

Those stone statues look very happy and smiling. I should be happy too since now I'm enjoying an onsen (hot spring) near by. Incredibly relaxing in the middle of a three day weekend.
