Back home, spent some of the day with Angus putting his bike together. The major parts went together fine. Just left with chain length and gear adjustment.

Squash with Robbie and his pal Scott at Lasswade was exhausting. More running than usual.

Claire was in town, so missed out on fish cakes, but got back in time to watch Wayne's World. Most excellent.
