Worldwide Photo Walk

Today was the day for the Largest Social Photography Event in the World when
in cities around the world, photographers of all walks of life and skill levels gathered together to socialize, share and inspire during a one-day, worldwide event.

The Isle of Wight walk fittingly started from Dimbola Lodge the home of Victorian pioneer photographer Julia Margaret Cameron and the gentle ramble took in some historic sites around Freshwater including Farringford Lodge the former home of Alfred Lord Tennyson. After early torrential showers the sun came out just as the walk started producing perfect conditions for the 30 + participants.

This is some of the motley group of togs studying the route instructions at Dimbola prior to starting the walk.
