Lichen

Now the thaw really came to the Netherlands (at last) I had the opportunity to see what was left of the plants in my frontgarden. Snow melted down almost completely now. My spindle tree doesn't look very well and on its trunk I found lots of lichen growing. Not very pleasing, one ugly mess. Today my last working day of the week so I have started my weekend already. Guess what I'm going to do tomorrow........ Sleep in and try to make a more interesting pic. Since my new job is taking a lot of my energy and frankly I'm totally exhausted. Wish it was spring. I'm in need of clear blue sky, warmth, sun and a colourful nature.
