Emblazoned!

This sunset will forever be emblazoned on my mind. I have never, in all my years seen anything like it and I promise that there has been no post processing and no fancy camera settings. It really was spectacular.

We travelled to North Wales this morning, to look at a property that my Mum was interested in buying. It was wonderful to spend the day by the sea but the house had no off street parking (misinformed by estate agents), so we had lunch on the beach and made our way slowly back, avoiding motorways. It took almost 5 hours to get home but I'm so glad that we went on minor roads, as we were able to stop and grab this shot from the side of the road. A higher vantage point would have been better but we couldn't find anything.
