Charlie and Rachael

Our lovely friends from Perth flew home last night but just before they did, Rachael, Kevin, James and Kevin's son Jay and friend Barb joined Max and I at the Royal Vauxhall Tavern to see Charlie Hides, he is on every Sunday at 5.30-7pm, he is hilarious! I met him on the Atlantis Cruise, so funny and so nice too.

He got me up on stage which was fun, I sang a couple of songs with him ;-)

So lovely too that Simon Le Vans was DJing before Charlie and Phil Marriott afterwards, it was wonderful to see them both.

This morning Alexandra, Jon, Gulli and I spent ages looking through old photo albums and Gulli's work books from Nursaery, all so long agao, then we looked at all the David Walliams books and Gulli ranked them in order of preference and the latest book Awful Auntie came first, Jon's Grandson is 7 so we also recommended the Mr Gum books and The How To Train Your Dragon series.

Al, Jon and Thea left about 11 and we had a fairly lazy day pottering about and doing a bit of homework.
