Rain rain and more rain

What miserable wet weather we endured today. Normally this would not bother me much, but having Max to walk it becomes a problem. Neither he nor I really enjoy wet weather walking so we held off until the rain eased up and luckily got two sessions of over half an hour each (one morning one afternoon) when we were able to get out and about without getting drowned.
So he is walked and I feel I might have earned the G&T....
Much colder today as well.... might even have to put the heating on soon, though as am not at my home am a bit wary of so doing, not knowing this system....
