7.35 am Sunrise over Hanley?

It may not be the best or the most famous skyline in the world but I was suitably impressed as I watched the sunrise before I went to work.

By the time I got to work the sunshine had disappeared! I was so pleased I'd bothered to detour slightly on my way to work to capture my shot.

We drove to Kirkby Lonsdale this evening for a few days away. The weather forecast didn't look good.
