Clear skies over Sark

This little island is only 5 square kilometres, has a population of 600, and is considered the last feudal state in Europe. No cars are allowed, only horse drawn carts and bicycles. We hired the latter and rode all around the island, but made plenty of time to stop, have coffee, take photos, and enjoy a long leisurely lunch in a beautiful garden.

On this clear, calm day we were intrigued by the huge number of vapour trails in the sky ........... but biking around Sark is a much better option than our long plane trip home in 10 days time.
