A "I'm feeling sorry for myself" Blip, taken on a crawl back from the Co-op.

Feeling cold quickly turned into the shakes, and despite being layered up I just could not get warm, waking up every hour.

Totally exhausted it was a day of sleep, liquids and lemsip - with a waddle to the end of the street to get a few essentials.

Hope that tomorrow things will have improved - I have so much to do at work :(
