Beetroot

Emergency blip as the daylight has run away with me!

Emergency/random tea too. Pizza, cauliflour, carrot, leaves, tomatoes and baked beetroot.

Beetroot does unfortunately look as though it's related to an elephant or a rhinoceros, when baked, but I do like the earthy taste. The kitchen looks like the set of a sopranos episode when you slice into it and stain everything deep red/purple. As a child I wouldn't let it pass my lips without a fight. Funny how the palate changes.
