Where's all the water gone?

A day of two halves. I went on my usual walk around the lake and gardens at Trentham this morning. Lots of lovely light which meant lots of photos.

I went on another walk this afternoon with my other half. We did the round of Tittesworth Reservoir just outside Leek. Again lovely warm weather.

This shot was taken at the end of the walk, looking across towards The Roaches on the left and Hen Cloud on the right. What you can or rather can't see in the foreground is part of the reservoir. The two little mounds are usually islands, so the water level is rather low.
