Velodrome...

This morning I went over to Glasgow to check out the Sir Chris Hoy Velodrome for a future event. It's really quite an impressive venue.

I timed it perfectly to see the Paralympic Team training, I'm afraid this guy was going so fast I've no idea who it is. He made it look easy... I'm pretty sure it's not.

I'll stick with spectating.
