Delivery

My shutterfly book arrived today!! It's made up of pictures from our summer trip. I was excited to find it on the porch when I got home. Unfortunately it has a couple of creased pages. We'll see how Shutterfly customer service responds.

Update ~ In my email to shutterfly I told them what the problem was and asked what could be done. No demands or ultimatums. In less than 24 hours I had a response from Shutterfly customer service. They're making a new book on a rush order and they graciously apologized for the mistake. Well done, Shutterfly. I'll be back!
