An installation in Nice

As we walked around Nice, we found a large level paved area where sometimes spray emerged from many openings, sometimes high fountains as in this picture. The water covering the paving created a mirror. Sometimes people walked across safely, sometimes they had to keep to the sides to keep dry (apart from daredevils enjoying getting soaked!).
