IMPACT's UK projects equip participants with the skills, confidence and awareness of how and why it is important to consume a healthy diet – reducing their risk of heart disease, stroke and some cancers.

We were out and about yesterday at the Orchards shopping centre in Haywards Heath to promote our work and encourage people to join our team of volunteers to share their time and skills to make an IMPACT locally here in Sussex!
