Can you guess what it is ?

As I did my morning patrol of the garden today my eye was taken with this bird net which I had taken from the fruit cage but neglected to put it away neatly. It was just lying in a heap in the corner. Where it had been raining all night little droplets had formed at all the intersections. I thought it made a pretty pattern.
