Chantler's October 2014 Word Challenge - Colour

I wanted to photograph outdoor colour, and had a bit of an opportunity today, as I was teaching at the opposite end of the hospital site. So I took my camera!

I had a reasonable amount of choice. All waste is separated by colour - by bags, even the trolleys and dumpers they are put in. And I was walking around the back. But the best was a construction area. They are rebuilding part of one building - and outside, this sign. I love the colours. The city might not have floral displays of colour, but safety requirements have brought bright colours to the urban environment.
