This morning I rushed off to work missing breakfast and didn't even get chance to pass the kitchen !

What a shame as a little surprise was waiting for me and I didn't know anything about it all day long.

At work I only had one slice of bread with banana and coffee and biscuits mid morning. Had I known ....
