A Date To The Ball...

This was part of the exhibition at the Koorie Cultural centre where AFL footballs were dressed up as works of art. Esther and I spent a few hours there this afternoon, after having a coffee catch up with Johnny and Freddy, and picking up a wheelchair so that Esther could see more during her stay without getting too tired with walking around. It's probably time for a 'Key Players' entry for her... I'll get onto that over the weekend.

We also went to the Shanghai Dumpling Palace for lunch, which is always amazing!!

We had a bit of a picnic and some beers in the park before Miles' bedtime, and then Gina went out for a Girls Night Out... she's still not back and it's late, so hopefully she's having a great night!

The great news from today was that our key grant was awarded! It was cut from what we asked for, but there's at least money so that we can keep going. I hope that with the distribution of salaries that means that I'll be able to get on with this new project!
