Life seems good today!

What can I say about today?
We seem very likely to have gotten the flat of our dreams... It was stressful to get all documents etc together in a very short time but if they stick to their promise it is ours!!!
We won't have the Mt. Pilatus balcony view anymore then... So here I give you once more Mt. Pilatus, this time not snapped from our balcony but a bit higher up, celebrating our efforts and hopefully positive effects with friends in the outdoor restaurant up the hill.
Autumn has so far been so much nicer than the summer this year!
