Life in the cemetery

I drove by several Amish cemeteries with their neat rows of simple white headstones thinking it would be nice to find someone live, and then suddenly there was this group of men digging a grave by hand. The plain wooden coffin stood not too far away; they weren't interested in talking much but they did say that the deceased was over 99.
