A good day with lots of general busyness at work and a great lecture that I originally thought might be hard work. The speaker really engaged the subject and I decided to impose myself on the lunch after the lecture to discuss and ask him some questions. Following work I went down to the pitch for practice. We play Virginia Beach on Saturday and we need the win to stay in the running for a play-off position. I helped on a drill or 2 then started painting the pitch lines ready for Saturday. To The Pub afterwards and watched the first 3 quarters of VT vs Pittsburgh that they went onto lose.
