Preparations

Diwali our festival of light is in a few days, Hindus from around the world will celebrate this festive day with their family, friends and loved ones.

Exotic and grand feasts will be prepared including the most delicious Indian sweets, which often get exchanged.

Homes are cleaned and decorated with lights, intricate Rangoli designs and colourful flowers. Little diyas(candles) are lit everywhere, it's basically an explosion of colours and flavours blended with lots of fun!
