Blood Swept Lands and Seas of Red



Random overheard silly comments from people looking at the Poppies:

1. ‘well, not what I thought, all they have done is messed up the grass’
2. ‘wonder when they will dismantle it all’
3. ‘why poppies, there are other flowers’
And my particular favourite
4. ‘what a waste of money’
Really??? Surely people are not that/this stupid?

Anyway the Tower was heaving but I am pleased I have seen the Poppies. They look smashing, great way to raise money for six fantastic causes:

Cobseo
