An easy walk with Dylan this morning. And then a very easy 21.1k because the weather is still great, sunny and warm. Listened to the lastest marathon talk podcast - includes an interview with this amazing guy, who is attempting to run a marathon every day for a year Quite incredible.

Not a great day for our poor boy, still scratching and biting. and consequently bleeding; Have upped the cortisone again which should help.

Mme SwRo went to the cine to see Gone Girl which she highly recommends. I stayed home with Dylan,
