Langoustines tonight - Scotland's best seafood!

I'm cooking langoustines tonight - can't wait!

Inspired by Raymond Blanc first of all I am making a soup with the shells, vegetables and herbs. I'll quickly grill the langoustines and serve them separately with something garlicky - mmm!

Definitely my favourite seafood - far superior to lobster in my opinion!
